Backgrounds with simple color/shapes/words only.
Pets/props may incur an additional fee.
Additional characters (limit 2) in one commission are +80% of the price of the original commission each.
Please be as detailed as possible (visual references, poses, mood boards, color palettes, etc) when describing your commission, it will help greatly, thank you!
Terms Of Service
By commissioning the artist, you agree to their terms of service.
As the artist I:
Have the right to cancel or refuse the order at any time for any reason.
Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online as advertisement.
As the customer/commissioner you:
May upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social media.
May NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, adoptables, NFTs, AIs, etc).
May NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms).
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Payment
Full payment must be done upfront before I start the commission.
I only take payment in through PayPal.
Payment is done via PayPal invoice and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
Refund
The buyer is not allowed a refund once they are notified I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Process & Delivery
I only accept commission requests through Google forms, please DO NOT request through DMs, I will likely not see it.
When I receive the commission request, I will email the customer and send an invoice to the email provided. After payment is received I will start on the commission.
Once I start on the commission I will send progress updates ( Sketch > Lineart > Flat colors > Rendering) throughout the commission process.
The subject of the commission cannot be changed after the sketch phase is completed, in the case of this happening, an additional fee will be charged before anymore progress takes place.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks — 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution and a transparent version image through email and google drive.
Note that there is no physical product. All commissions are in PNG format. If this interferes with your commission in any way please shoot me an email before I start the commission, thank you!
